This week on Flexiladiesyoga

My new series on my 'sister' blog, 'mindfulness' begins by slowing down in our yoga practice. This is an antidote to our fast paced lives, helping to reduce stress and anxiety.

If you are feeling stressed out but don't have time for a full length yoga class you might want to try this 20 minute stress relief yoga video.
